Nana Appiah Mensah has told those who are comparing his case to that of Ghanaian actress Akuapem Poloo who has been convicted and remanded by the circuit court of Accra to desist from such comparisons.
Nana Appiah Mensah was described as a fraudster who has been engaging in fraudulent acts through his mining company Menzgold.
Court ordered his company to be closed down. Menzgold shutdown affected millions of people who invested their monies with the company. Some people even died in that course of action taken by the court.
The Ghanaian populace is arguing on the fact that Nana Appiah Mensah is still living free without been prosecuted. Meanwhile, Rosemond Brown who goes by the name Akuapem Poloo is set to be prosecuted on three charges which they think she could be pardoned looking at the case of that of Nana Appiah Mensah popularly called as NAM 1.
Nana Appiah Mensah has however come out to tell the public that, his case can’t be compared to that of Akuapem Poloo because, even in court he pleaded NOT GUILTY unlike Akuapem Poloo.
