Kanye West filed his answer to Kim Kardashian’s divorce petition and is basically a mirror image of his estranged wife’s legal documents.
Kanye is also asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s 4 kids, just like Kim. Joint support doesn’t automatically mean 50/50, and is likely Kim will have the lion’s share of the time.
Certainly, they will work out arrangements between themselves and have it approved by the court. They have both committed to parenting.
Kanye as well as Kim want to shut door for spousal support since they can both take care of themselves.
And Kanye also say they should both pay their own legal fees.
Kim filed for divorce on February 19, making Kanye a little late for filing his answer. Although, it doesn’t matter because it won’t trigger any sort of problem.
Kim didn’t list a date of separation her divorce docs. And for Kanye, he also did not list date of separation.
